The Illinois unions and other labor organizations listed below have passed resolutions in support of single-payer health care, or have otherwise demonstrated public and active support. 

Numbers in parentheses refer to position on the full list maintained by Unions for Single-Payer Health Care. These groups passed resolutions in support of HR 676, the Expanded and Improved Medicare for All Act. Resolutions vary otherwise.
